The renouncement of the dominant cultural foods, such as meat and dairy products, opens up a great deal of creative leeway. We want to bring this closer to you. Not using gluten, high cooking temperatures or sugar is also an incentive for us to find other ways of perfect products. We love challenges and are happy to take on all of your wishes!
